Positive: perfekte Lage, Balkon mit schöner Aussicht, geräumig und komfortable, alles notwendige ist bereits vorhanden, leicht und unkomplizierter check in und check out Negative: nichts

Très pratique Positive: Emplacement très pratique, à 3 arrêts de tram de la gare principale et l'arrêt de tram est devant l'immeuble. Le studio est bien agencé avec tout ce qu'il faut. Communication très facile, sympathique et réactive. Negative: Lit un peu trop mou pour moi. Beaucoup trop chaud dans le studio (alors qu'il faisait env. 4° dehors), probablement impossible à régler individuellement pour chaque appartement, alors j'ai dormi avec une fenêtre entrouverte, un très gros gaspillage - et on entend évidemment les trams dans la rue quand la fenêtre est ouverte.

Wonderful place in great location, highly recommended! Positive: The apartment was even better than we expected - there was a pedestal fan making life easier during the summer heat, as well as a table with chairs on the spacious balcony, so we could eat there enjoying wonderful views over the city, and inside, a little desk with a swivel chair, great for using the laptop. We also loved the quiet and green neighbourhood above the building, with beautiful Art Nouvveau houses. Excellent location, very close to the train station and the city centre. Perfect communication, we were also thankful for letting us check in 2 hours before time :)
